Another snuff not to be chanced in the sort of 10g plastic sneeze box shown on the left. Get the 25g vacuum packed tin and you will be rewarded with a rich, coarse, moist, black snuff, gently scented with lavender. I am pretty sure that the base tobacco is the same of that used in Princes Dark, so is probably either London Brown or Black Rappee. I suspect the former. 

I find the scent doesn't linger as long in the nose as Lavender Gold. No doubt an effect of the grind of the snuff. This does allow the excellence of the tobacco to shine through strongly and for me that is a major plus point. Definitely one to try, even if you are no great fan of floral snuffs.
