Very dark, very coarse, very moist and very strong! This is quite an amazing snuff and one I intend not to run out of. Taxi Red reminds me of some of the Bernard plain tobacco snuffs though it does lack something of the complexity of those. There is no flavouring in it at all so all you get is delicious tobacco goodness. Wonderful snuff! Though I do get the feeling it is one that is either loved or loathed with nothing in between.

It comes in a very practical and nearly airtight plastic container.
