Snuff Store lists the flavouring ingredients of this snuff as floral, rose, violet, lavender, camphorwood, cedarwood and more. Yes, there may be more and I struggle to isolate all those flavours in my nose though that would be a rather futile exercise as the aim of the game is to enjoy the overall effect. That isn't a problem with Golden Pinch as the overall effect really is very enjoyable, if somewhat decadent. Not a bad thing. Given the name it will be no surprise to hear that the scent of Golden Pinch has a similarity to Smith's Golden Cardinal and Samuel Gawith's Bouquet, though the grind is coarser than the latter and the moisture level is lower than the former and the flavouring of Golden Pinch is more subtle than either of them. Suffice to say that I thoroughly enjoy all three.
