Like many of the other De Kralingse snuffs, the Chocomint comes in two versions, one using Virginia tobacco and the other using Latakia tobacco. The Virginia versions are fairly coarse, fairly dry and quite a light brown colour. The Latakia versions are dark and moist. My sample of Chocomint was the Virginia version. The flavour of this snuff is good with neither the chocolate nor the mint overpowering the other, but I do find it a little too dry, to the extent that it has a distressing tendency to fall out of my nose! In spite of that, this has to be the least fattening way of enjoying an Aero chocolate bar. I suspect I would enjoy the Latakia version much more.
