Well this is a brain-freezer of a snuff and no mistake! It comes over a medicated snuff though gauging the level of camphor and eucalyptus (assuming they are present) is nigh on impossible as the menthol drowns everything else out. Even the tobacco. In fact the amount of menthol in this snuff has to be close to level found in Wilson's Dynamite or Sharrow Medicated.

Eventually the menthol does let go of the nose, leaving the tobacco to take over and that base flour is pretty good. 

Medium-fine and moderately moist, English Menthol does make for a good nose cleanser and general wake up call, but I can think of many other medicated snuffs which have rather more going for them. Few are as one-dimensional as English Menthol.
