Special Rules

 

1.C-in-C's are treated as Lt. Horse elements, for movement, combat and fleeing.

2. All BUA and Bad Going give a +1 bonus, in fire and melee. 

3. Artillery units are really Horse Artillery, so they can fire in the enemy's bound even, if they moved during the previous phase.

4. The battle was hampered by a sever snow storm.To reflect the effects of the snowstorm, before each player's bound roll a d6.The result is the range of the line-of-sight for that half bound.Units cannot shoot at or move into contact with enemy units they cannot see.

5.a French Corps III may be brought in to play the first time Napoleon rolls a 9 or 10, AFTER TURN 3.

5b. French Corps VI may be brought in to play the first time Napoleon rolls a 9 or 10, AFTER TURN 12.

6. Prussian Division may be brought into play the first time Bennigsen on the next roll of 6, AFTER TURN 8.
